At Thomas Russell Infants' School our motto and vision underpin all that we do. We pride ourselves in the fact that we care for each and every one of our children, spending time to get to know them as individuals and finding out how it is we can best help them to thrive while in our care. As our motto states, we believe our children blossom due to the correct balance of nurture and challenge. We work hard to provide a curriculum and learning experiences which make for happy, independent, confident learners who take pride in their achievements. We believe the home school link also plays a crucial part in this so work hard to establish this relationship.

We are proud to be a partner academy in the JTMAT.

Paper copies of all documents on this website are available free of charge from the school office.

Passport of Success

Passport of Success

This is our  initiative to ensure all our children have the very best experiences whilst in school.  All staff have worked hard to create a fun and exciting menu of activities all children will experience during their time with us. Some of these will be part of our everyday teaching, some may be new experiences; all will help develop key skills of independence, team work and confidence and help the children become confident individuals, successful learners and responsible citizens.  To see the full skills passport the children will work through please click here.
